This song had several revisions before settling on this version. Basically, it is about trying to run from problems - metaphorically and literally. I had just recently begun to run at a great nature trail next to where I lived and really enjoyed it - just being outside, running along the water, across bridges, etc, and as I ran, the ideas for this song were born.
