about

The final chapter in the story of Iron Will.

"It's not the how or why. It's simply that we existed - and that is proof enough".

A brief synopsis: Vol. 1 finds Iron Will as an adult (yes, I started in the middle of the story - just like Star Wars, Episode 4!). He's a scientist whose time is consumed with searching for the Higgs Boson ("The God Particle"), where life comes from, in neglect of everything else.

Vol. 2 is a flashback to his childhood where he is an outcast, picked on, and gets lost in science and his big ideas, which he finds to be his safe space.

Vol. 3, this final chapter, finds Iron Will in his last moments as he is surrounded by love. It is only now that he finally discovers what the most fulfilling thing in life actually is - and it's not science. "Living life", having experiences (good and bad), and most importantly, finding love, is more fulfilling than "studying life". Even though Iron Will doesn't fulfill his lifelong ambition of discovering where the Higgs Boson derives, he gave and found love and that's what made his life a good one.
